Which social links can I clean?

TikTok video and photo links, including vt.tiktok.com and vm.tiktok.com short links; Instagram posts and reels; YouTube watch, Shorts, live, embed and youtu.be video links; X and Twitter posts. Facebook share links, profiles, stories and playlist-only links are not supported.

What does Linkpolish remove?

Share tokens and attribution such as Instagram stkn, igsh and utm_source, YouTube si, X s and t, and TikTok _t, _r and share parameters. We rebuild supported content URLs, preserving the post or video ID. YouTube v and valid playback timestamps are retained; playlist context and other query parameters are removed.

Can it open private or deleted content?

No. Cleaning a direct URL does not check whether its content exists or is public. If a short link cannot be resolved, we show an error. We do not bypass logins, private accounts or access restrictions.

Does removing tracking make sharing anonymous?

No. It removes tracking carried by the URL, not your account, cookies, IP address or identity in the app where you share. The receiving platform may add its own tracking.
